About Me
David Visco, MBA, CEPA, is a Business Growth and Exit Strategist and founder of Your Business Made Easy. He also helps owners sell their business as a business broker with Transworld Business Advisors.
After successfully launching and selling his own e-commerce business, David dedicated his career to helping service-based business owners uncover hidden profits, streamline operations, and maximize the value of their companies. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Babson College and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), bringing deep expertise to business owners preparing for their next stage. He is also the author of 5S Made Easy: A Step-by-Step Guide to Implementing and Sustaining 5S and has served on various boards and is currently a SCORE Mentor.
Building on this strong foundation, David is now leveraging his experience to focus on mergers and acquisitions, working directly with Main Street business owners who are ready to sell their companies. Drawing on his deep understanding of operations, value acceleration, and deal strategy, he helps owners prepare their businesses for market, navigate negotiations, and achieve successful, profitable exits.
David’s mission is to ensure that entrepreneurs capture the full value of their life’s work while making the transition process as seamless and rewarding as possible. In addition, David and his wife co-own a Cruise Planners travel franchise, where they help clients design memorable all-inclusive vacations. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time at their camp in Naples, Maine, reading about the game of business, and cheering passionately for the Boston Bruins.
