  • We begin with a 20-minute questionnaire that evaluates your business across eight key growth drivers. This assessment generates a Value Builder Score (VBS) that reflects your business's current value and multiple.

  • The VBS model has been utilized over 30,000 times, making it a proven and accurate tool for business valuation.

Focused Improvement

  • Over the course of 6-12 months, we work together to improve each of the eight growth drivers, meeting a few times a month to focus on one driver at a time.

  • Clients have access to a comprehensive client portal that includes training videos, exercises, downloads, workbooks, and ebooks to support their growth.

Reassessment and Results

  • After completing the improvement process, clients retake the questionnaire to obtain a new VBS, multiple, and business value.

  • This focused improvement often leads to more than doubling the business valuation within a year.
