Recurring Revenue

Setting up a recurring revenue model helps to increase the value of your business but also:

  1. Increases the LTV (lifetime value of customer)

  2. Adds predictability to cash flow, staffing, inventory, etc

  3. They'll likely buy other products and promos

Some examples of recurring revenue models:

  1. Long term contracts - Verizon

  2. Auto renewal - Iron Mountain (document storage)

  3. Subscriptions - magazines

  4. Consumables - Razor Shave Club

  5. Front of the line - Disney Fast

Nearly every business can arrange a % of their revenue to be recurring. If it's not obvious for your business, give it some creative thinking time and it will come to you.
